I posted my complaints everywhere I could including Facebook, twitter, and tons of blogs. I also emailed ICANN with complaints. I posted my complaint on Melbourne's wikipedia page. I sent over 100 messages to Melbourne IT support and I got no response from Melbourne IT. I decided that I needed to break the chain of command and go to the top guy, CEO Theo Hnarakis. I managed to contact him via a website were he was registered (social network for business people) and I sent him one of the roughest complaints I have ever written. He did reply to my email and sent my email to every executive in the company. Within a few minutes of my email I received a call from Melbourne IT to address my issues. Not even the specialists could fix the issues and apparently it was a major glitch in their system, which they hadn't seen. They are fixing their systems now and lots of people who have been complaining but have done nothing will be able to modify their DNS settings. They have a support specialists that will update me hourly on what happens with my account. They do manage millions of websites so it takes time to get things done, but sometimes it takes contact with the CEO to get changes going. I am now trying to post this same message to all the blogs and places were I created chaos and bad mouthed Melbourne IT. Anyone that has tried Melbourne IT knows that there are issues to consider. 1 company managing millions of domains will give you really sower customer support. I'm currently trying to get Melbourne IT to even answer 1 email regarding a CNAME issue. I have decided that I will post about how dissatisfied I am with the service.
